The 60 minute Hot Yoga class is based on the bikram method, and consists of 26 hatha yoga postures and is designed for those looking for a consistent and challenging workout. The room is heated to 40 degrees, so prepared to sweat!

Tone & Sweat

A full-body mat-based pilates inspired workout, set in a heated, dimly lit room with high-energy music that drives every movement. Dynamic sequences will challenge your strength, endurance and mind. Using resistance bands, a pilates ball, and light dumbbells - expect an endurance burn!

Inferno Hot Pilates (HIIT)

Hot Sculpt

Strategically designed to sculpt, strengthen, and tone your body. Set in a dark, candlelit studio with a trendy, beat-driven soundtrack, each session embodies the core pilates principles of breath, control, and precision.

Using resistance bands and a pilates ball - expect deliberate sequences that build muscle endurance and create that coveted deep burn.

Elevate -Candlelit Hot Vinyasa Flow

Increase your energy, strength, flexibility and balance in this feel good hot vinyasa class. This class consists of dynamic sun salutations and guided breath connection, followed by a flowing sequence of poses that intelligently link breath with movement. Designed to challenge your body and clear your mind while deepening your connection to the power of your breath, this class will culminate with a guided relaxation that will help reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and support your overall well-being. This workout is done by candlelight in a heated room and fuelled by good music.

Candlelit Hot Yoga

Inspired by the traditional Bikram Series, this instructor led session features the same 26 postures as our regular Hot Yoga class but with a twist - less verbal guidance, and a more immersive experience in a candlelit environment. Come join us for a hour of fun and experience the thrill of pushing your boundaries, one hot stretch at a time.
