Hot Pilates - Bands & Weights

A heated, full-body workout focused on strength, using resistance bands and light weights to build stability, endurance, and muscular control while enhancing flexibility and mobility. Carefully sequenced to engage every major muscle group, this challenging yet accessible class creates deep muscle burn, sustained intensity, and a powerful, sweat-driven finish.

Hot Sculpt x Weights

A heated, high energy, Pilates-inspired class layering weighted resistance into continuous movement for a full-body sculpt. Beat-driven sequencing, deep holds, and sustained intensity build muscular endurance and create a steady, deep burn - finished with a short cardio push to elevate the heart rate, flush the body, and reset. Designed to tone, sculpt, and build lasting strength.

Inferno Hot Pilates (HIIT)

A heated, high-intensity Pilates workout blending low-impact bodyweight strength with heart-pumping cardio intervals for a powerfull full-body challenge. Designed to push limits, each class build strength, improves mobility, and delivers powerful conditioning without unnecessary impact.

Hot Sculpt

A heated, mat based Pilates inspired class with a modern twist. Designed to sculpt, strengthen and tone through movement and continuous flow, the experience unfolds in a candlelit studio set to a beat-driven soundtrack. Using resistance bands and a Pilates ball - expect deliberate sequences that build muscle endurance and create that coveted deep burn.

Candlelit Hot Yoga

A 60-minute heated Hot Yoga class inspired by the traditional Bikram sequence, offered in a more immersive, candlelit setting with minimal verbal guidance. This focused experience encourages deeper concentration, steady effort, and a powerful, cleansing sweat while moving through the same structured practice as our classic Hot Yoga class.
